Product description

Set of chef's knives with sharpener and rolling bag.
Suitable for slicing, chopping, or dicing all types of food, slicing beef, and easy cutting of fruit and vegetables.
Classic look with three rivets that fits well in the hand.
Ideal not only for traveling.
The collection of non-forged knives provides intuitive and easy handling.
Material: chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel.
The knives are optimally balanced and therefore fatigue during work is minimized.
The blades are laser cut and checked for perfect sharpness.
Hardness 56 HRC on the Rockwell scale.
Compared to a forged knife, it is lighter, and ideal for new but also more experienced cooks.
The set includes: a sharpening steel 26 cm, a chef's knife 23 cm, a vegetable knife 10 cm, a deboning knife 14 cm, a filleting knife 16 cm, and a knife bag.
Dimensions indicate the length of the blade, not the total length of the knife with the handle.
The Gourmet knife range has been awarded the US Seal of Quality and Hygiene -NSF-.
Dimensions of open bag: 42,5 x 41,5 cm.
Not dishwasher safe.
