The knife is forged from a single piece of steel at a temperature of 1800°C and then hardened to 58° Rockwell.
The handle is black, triple-riveted, and made of the highly impact-resistant synthetic material Polyoxymethylene.
Polyoxymethylene has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.
The knife is perfectly balanced and provides finger protection.
PEtec technology - WÜSTHOF Precision Edge provides long-lasting extreme sharpness.
