Product description

  • Very unobtrusive presence detector TRUE PRESENCE KNX in black color, suitable for ceiling installation.
  • High-frequency presence detector for indoor use.
  • Due to its IP20 certification, it is not recommended for use in wet rooms or outdoors.
  • Ideal for monitoring classrooms, offices, waiting rooms, lecture halls, or reception areas.
  • The presence detector has a higher sensitivity compared to the motion sensor, so the detector better monitors even slight movement under the sensor, e.g. a seated person, and therefore it is not necessary to move all the time as with a classic motion sensor.
  • The presence detector is designed for all light sources including LED.
  • It is conveniently set up and connected via Bluetooth using the free STEINEL SmartRemote app (compatible with both Android and iOS).
  • Functions: presence reporting; lighting control with brightness control; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning control.
  • Highly accurate high-frequency detector with a presence detection zone of Ø 15 m (177 m²).
  • Total sensing range: 360°.
  • Recommended installation height: 2.5 m - 12 m (optimum installation height: 2.8 m).
  • Dusk setting: 2 - 2000 lx.
  • Time setting: 30 s - 1092 min.
  • The detector is made of UV-resistant plastic and can withstand temperatures from 0 °C to 40 °C without limiting function.
  • Warranty period: 5 years.
