The tracker is a new high-precision battery monitoring system.
Why monitor battery operating conditions? To make it last longer!
Detailed battery monitoring allows us to detect any operational deficiencies with quick remediation to support long battery life.
Suitable for all types of lead-acid batteries including fleece (AGM) and gel batteries.
Simple battery capacity adjustment (factory setting to 200 Ah).
Autodetection of 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 120, 144 and 288 V.
Regular automatic instrument calibration for reliable measurement readings (can also be done manually).
The BMV 700H version is designed for systems with high operating voltages (70 20 350 V DC).
The tracker is also suitable for Li-on batteries.
The package includes: tracker, plastic cap, 500A/50mV shunt designed for a maximum current of 500 A, RJ12 UTP cable (10 m), installation cable with fuse for connection to positive cable (2 m).
Basic displayed values:
Current battery voltage (V).
Current current (A) going into (positive - charge values) or out (negative - discharge values) of the battery.
Current power (W) going into (positive values - charges) or out (negative values - discharges) of the battery (voltage and current multiplied).
The total amount of energy drawn from the battery to power appliances in ampere-hours (Ah).
Current battery charge rate in percentage.
An estimated (sophisticatedly calculated) length of time in hours to 50% battery discharge for given power consumption.
Technical parameters:
Supply voltage 6,5 – 95 V DC.
Power consumption when the display is not illuminated and the relay is off: 4 mA (12 V) and 3 mA (24 V).
Power consumption when unlit display and relay closed:15 mA (12 V) and 8 mA (24 V).
Operating voltage: 12, 24 and 48 V (self-detection).
Maximum magnitude of current through the shunt: –500 up to +500 A (battery discharge and charge).
Maximum deviation in voltage reading ±0.01 A at 0 - 100 V.
Maximum deviation in current reading ±0,01 A with 500 A shunt.
Maximum deviation in capacity reading ±0,1 Ah with 0 - Ah battery capacity.
Maximum deviation in capacity reading of ±1 Ah at battery capacities of 100 - 9999 Ah.
Maximum deviation in state of charge reading ±0.1%.
Maximum deviation when estimating the remaining time of 1 hour (in the range of 1-240 hours).
The maximum deviation in power subtraction ±1 W in the range of - 100 W to 1 kW.
For a total battery capacity of 20 - 9999 Ah.
Operating temperature range - 20 to + 50 C.
Circular diameter of custom tracker: 63 mm.
Square size of custom tracker cap: 69x69 mm.
Custom tracker depth: 31 mm.
Switched relay: 60V/1A maximum.
Sidewall screws: M10.
The tracker stores selected historical data and limit values reached:
The deepest battery discharge reached.
Last battery discharge rate.
A number of discharging/charging cycles the battery has undergone.
Average battery discharge value.
A number of full battery discharges.
Maximum battery voltage achieved.
Minimum battery voltage achieved.
A number of days since the last full battery charge.
