You can use the form to return products if the products didn’t work when delivered or ceased to work later.
In case of products purchased at the online shop, the customer has a right to return them within 2 years following its delivery, and with some products it is within 3 or even 5 years. This period is defined separately for each product or in general in our Terms and Conditions. Please see our warranty terms to find out which defects are covered in our return policy.
How to return products:
- Fill the PRODUCT RETURN FORM out.
- Send the package to us (Packeta.de ID 94877213, Schloßplatz 2, 086 48 Bad Brambach Germany). Please do not send it as cash-on-delivery!
- Before sending the light, which is a subject of your complaint, please first contact us via online form, which is on our website. Thank you.
